I know signature confirmation does not get you a refund but your package is tracked from the time you drop it off until it is signed for by the person or someone at the resident of the person who you sent the package to. I have had two buyers that I won't mention their names who claimed they didn't receive their package and I merely went to http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/netdata-cgi/db2www/cbd_243.d2w/output and typed in the number and it showed that the packages had been delived and signed for. You can request a copy of the signature and they will send it within a day or so. I sent the recipients in both cases an email with a scan of their signature. In both cases I did not have to send a replacement strike.
