I would think that if you self insure,that you are cutting out the Middle man,the Post Office,& the aggravation of going through the process of trying to collect on a lost item. So would think he is entitled to the added Postage. Had an item reported Missing,under $50 a few years back,they asked me all kinds of questions,& papers,but what color shorts I was wearing. So if you are loseing Packages sent to you,most likely you have a Burgler running loose in your neighborhood. Norm does a high Volume of Business,so I can understand self Insurance,rather than the process of a lost item. Met Norm in Vegas two months ago,the day after the MGM came out. We made a trade,& he gave me(3)of the new Strikes,& delivered (2) others the following morning to me at the Vegas Club down town,& waited for me to send my Strikes the following week. Received a note stateing he has two Strikes put aside for me,for the Tournament,in January,to complete the Trade. He is a Man of his word.
