Dan, put two and two together. Christine knows that I do not buy insurance at the P.O. She had to know that after the first signature confirmation that I sent her. Two years later she acts like it is something that has been happening and she just now discovered it. I have my thoughts as to why she prefers insured packages over packages sent signature confirmation but I will keep that to myself. She is the only customer who I send every package signature confirmation and there is a reason for that.

If a customer does not receive the strike(s) that I send then I send them another strike or refund.

My ad on the $200 strikes says Free Shipping and that includes my guarantee that they will receive a strike or refund. Refund if for some reason I cannot acquire the strike won.

Other than Christine you cannot find a buyer who can claim that I did not refund money or send a duplicate item when there order was lost in the mail.
