Christine, you are the only person who buys or used to buy from me that I sent every package signature confirmation no matter what the value. I have all the receipts for items sent to prove it. For some reason there seems to be a problem of packages not arriving to the proper destination in the small town that you live in. I don't know how many claims that you have to make a year but if I were you I would talk to your postal authorities and find out why you are not receiving these packages and why there are strikes missing sometimes when you do receive them. I live in Vegas and all the time that I have been here I have received every package that someone has sent to me.
