Christine, you are talking about nice postal people in a small town. In Las Vegas they could care less and they make you jump through hoops. You can't imagine all the crap I went through to try and collect a very small claim. They wanted proof of what I paid and who I bought it from. They sent back the form wanting more info twice. They made the guy that said he didn't get it write a letter stating he didn't receive it. It's funny they didn't want to know how old my first born was.
I spent a lot of time collecting. 12.98. They don't reimburse postage or insurance money.
