Chuck, Norman Chrzanowski, who I am sure you all know...lost items in the mail, but had insured mail on them....yes, I had to fill out the paperwork, yes I had to wait 45 days, yes I had to show the guide book on what it was worth and what he had paid, and YES, I got the refund for him....he even sent me flowers for my time in doing so, which I felt was so nice to do....my conclusion is no one wants to do the leg work to get this money back for their buyers...so again I will say they are just lazy....I do not know why your post offices do not comply with refunds....go to the post office managers and get results...don't just give up....in doing so you are making it easy for them to steal from you after payment was made on insured items....
