Yes, I agree with you on that...but people do have the choice of bidding on items or not...especially if you TELL THEM in your item descriptions....Norm does not and again has anyone heard he would return my fees??? NO...that's why he has the extra money to send anyone who loses their ss for he is using MY money and anyone's eles' who has paid him and requested insured mail...I do not know how much more clearer I can state this....and if you people feel Norm is OK in doing this....this is something wrong with YOU......
