Norm....I have packages that do get lost...I list many ss for auctions and yes, some get lost...I pay with a check, I get a receipt from the post office on all I send out...the reason for that is if someone does not insure their items, I have the receiptof my check proving I sent them out....along with the postal receipt of what was sent out that day...again, it is not a hassle to do.....
