Christine, I am curious as to how many claims that you have made.
Every item that you have bought from me in the last two years I have sent signature confirmation and you have received them all. None of the packages that I have sent have you had to make a claim on and I don't know how many insured packages you have had to go to the trouble of making a claim. Unless you want to make claims it would seem that you would prefer signature confirmation over insurance.
