Christine - I have purchased strikes from Norm and was never asked to pay insurance and I can't ever remember him asking for insurance in any of his auctions. One time I didn't receive a strike and he shipped me another one no questions asked.
Since Norm has always been a seller who self insures and never asks for insurance money why did you pay for insurance ?
