You can do what I did when I was charged $7.80 for three strikes. Thats $3.50 for the first one and a $1.50 for each of the extras and then $1.30 for insurance. When I received it in a brown bubble bag with $2.83 on it I email the person and told them I would never bid on their stuff again because I don't like being ripped off!!! That was several years ago. Sound Familar?
