I would stop buying from that person and make it known why.

We only ship 1st class insured. If the package gets to heavy we then upgrade it to Priority mail.
We will NOT ship a strike if it is not insured but we include it in our shipping costs. We do not add extra.

I love the ones that charge 3.75 to 5.00 for shipping for one strike then say you have to pay extra for insurance. Keeps me from bidding on their strikes.
