Christine I agree with you 100%. I pay for insured mailing and get confirmations only. The other part of the problem is they say they will ship priority mail and you pay for it. They then ship regular mail and you receive your items anywhere from seven to ten days. I am new with Silver Strikes but I do know that it is crazy what they are starting to charge for shipping. The USPS charges 37 cents an ounce anywhere in the U.S.A. SS-957
