I see it as a way for IGT to cut cost, they do not have to make new dies for each issue. All they have to do is add a different color design to the center. If people do not redeem their $10's for the $200's and the casino's are left with all their stock of $200 in the safe, someone will start to ask why and maybe, just maybe in the end, we the strikers may have a voice in this matter.

If IGT sees that the people will accept the colorized $200, they will not have any reason to change, actions speak louder than words.
