No, I don't work for Ebay at all. I buy, I sell strikes and I do take it serious.

I have owned Internet companies since 1993 so I am aware of problems that can some up when doing upgrades and I also know that there is many times that problems take place because of users.

I did read the complaints in that link. I know that everyone is not having problems and that many are. I also know that not everyone will post their problem.

I look at both sides of it. Ebay loses money just like we do when there is problems, they are not sitting back laughing at everyone with problems. They do not want network problems anymore then you want to experience them.

They have 1000's of servers, employees and users and when it comes to something like that, things happen.

I don't have a problem with Jackpot but it can not be compared to Ebay by the number of users or size either. That is a site with few users on one server yet how many posts have been made here in the last two months asking why it was down?

Ebay has good people, no matter how good they are things can still go wrong. I guess no matter what though it is just easier for people to complain then try to understand.

I know no one here ever has problems with anything they do, just ebay.
