Lee, Your e-bay is working fine because it works great where it Cold(and I bet you must be in Vegas, I know "Skip" is in the GREAT frozen north) but not well in warm climates like Florida and California. If you note all 78 complaints come from Warm weather states. I believe I once read that if a certain number of people complain(78) then you can multiply that number many times over because of those who don't. I am glad those in the cold areas are working fine as it will give those of us in Warm areas lots to bid on when we learn to operate our computers. I only heard from about a dozen others today that they were having problems with e-bay. Several told me how to overcome the problems by going around them. At least two sellers lost my bids because I don't know how to operate my computer for e-bay. All the other sites work fine. I know e-bay is BIG but they need to be GOOD also. I like JACKPOT much better. Pete
