Norm; I understand what you are saying regarding newly issued silver strikes where condition may or may not be of major concern. In your example given, you owned the strike that you scanned for your ebay or jackpot listing and all were in comparable condition. My post had to do with Ebay's policy in general and not silver strikes in particular.

Suppose someone had shown a silver strike image in excellent condition on ebay that was lifted from someone else's website ... and when you received the strike it was obviously mishandled from being being out of the capsule and/or tarnished? Would you feel the same way???

I wouldn't have any problem buying from Norm Clem as I'm confident that you would be sending a quality strike and you wouldn't be stealing images from other folks websites. How about those ebay sellers you (or I) don't know or never heard of before?
