I am not saying that Ebay does not have a problem once in a while but considering the size of their network, the number of users and all the database they work with they have a pretty good system. If you watch in your control panel, they do announce problems they are having and what they are doing to fix them. They don't tend to hide from to many of their network problems. Many times there is problems on the "user" end also though that many don't know how to fix or want to admit to. We have been running networks since the start of the Internet and know the tech calls we get daily. 99% of the time it is not on our side, it is a user problem.
