One additional point to think about is that the "throwaways" we amass, during our quest for the chase strikes, could be a valuable commodity in the casinos that have accompanying $200 strikes available.
If the $200 happens to be a shorter run, those extras are going to be wanted by those wanting to trade them in. However, in the case of the longer runs, sooner or later the value of those $200's are going to be dragged down by the weight of the cheap $10's being used for trade-ins.
The implications are going to keep alot of people busy trying to figure this one out. It should add to the fun too.
