I keep getting emails from people regarding this matter. Archie, you should open your eyes and read the rule. I quote "eBay members are not allowed to use another eBay user's pictures or descriptions". It does not state that you can not use info from another web site, another words, an unethical person COULD go to Jackpot Autions and use info from that site, as long as the person you are stealing from does not use Ebay. I do believe this practice is against Silver Strikers by-laws, but as written is not against Ebay rules. Please do not misunderstand me, I am against this practice, but I am also against spreading false information.
