Kirk, sorry you had to do it all alone. If I were closer I would help. I had to do something along the same lines a number of years ago for my wifes uncle. He lived in Eagle Rock in LA and he never tossed anything away either. He also loved animals and kept them in the house. What a mess. He passed away and I got to make all the trash pickups and repairs so the home could be sold. This is very big of you to give of your self and your dollars.
