if you buy a item on e-bay and have never delt
with the seller and you are paying paypal
use a CREDIT CARD ONLY. i don't care if the seller has 100% feedback you can get TAKEN
i did i bought a chip for $163.00 seller has 100% feedback i paid seconds after auction ended
seller has not returned any e-mails at all today
is 11 days his phone is DISCONNECTED
value of the chip is $500++ easy i figured he found that out and refuses to sell it to me ?
or he never had item and stole pix
it takes paypal 90+ days to recoupe the money
IF they find it in my favor ..
so i by passed them and contacted my credit card
company and charge was reversed just another bad e-bay deal again!
