James, I would like to se the law that says shill bidding is illegal. It may be unethical but I have never been shown a law that prohibits it. Ebay used to allow shill bidding but stopped it because it was being abused. Also I think they figured out have to rake in more bucks with the Seller bid on his own item "Reserve".

If a "Reserve bid" it not a sellers own shill bid what is it?
