I have been reading your BB board. I am the one with the Mr.B's strike. What happened was a long story. Basically the first bid ended early due to serious mis-information. Thanks to some honest silver strikers out there, I had a 24 hour crash course on strikes, their value, and a bit on eBay rules and guidlines. I am very very new to eBay, so the 1,500 low bid and 2,000 reserve was something I just put down, not sure how the fees work exactly. As for how I acquired the coins. My dad back in 97 went into Mr. B's and won them. He had no idea how much they were worth. As a matter of fact, we sold one of them last week for $77, but the gentleman earned it honestly. He was the high bidder and due to my stupidity, he got it for that price. It was an expensive lesson to learn. My dad has about 60 coins he has won at random over the years. I believe the Mr. B's error are the rarest he has, but I am now researching every single strike before I place them up for bid. The money is being used to help support my mom and dad. They lost their business due to 9-11. As far as cablefreak, if he wins highest bid, he will have a short time to send me a cashier’s check. After it's cleared, then he will receive the coin. If he's screwing with me, he'll just receive a negative and I'll offer it to the next highest bidder. I hope that’s the best route to take. Any advice is appreciated, and I have to let you know, this club and certain members have actually changed the life of a very grateful man in Salt Lake. I will always sing the praises of the Silver Strikers Club. Thanks. Happy Holidays. Mike Olsen
