Hi everyone. Ok here is what I have found out so far and I wanted to share it with everyone who is interested. I know of three casino's for sure that issued some $200's with and without serial numbers. They are:

Bill's 3 Sports
Imperial Palace 2003
New Frontier

I am not sure about the Treasure Island so someone who has info on those can you please post that answer here if they were made with and without or just with or just without serial numbers.

And also if you know of any other casino's that issued them both ways. I do know that some were made as prototypes and on those, there was only one made.
