I just found out that the Treasure Chest Casino in Kenner, Louisiana(on the northeastern edge of NO) is now open for business. But , with limited eating places.
And the Boomtown Casino in Harvey, Louisiana(across the Miss. river from NO) is also open for business. Also with limited eating places.
Neather casino had any on site hotel before the hurricane.
Donot know of any strike machines, at present.
