Ted this was a free hand out at the 2003 G2E convention. It is listed in Bill Cohenour's book at $60-80 if it is the ten dollar size and $80-120 if it is the $40 size. There were three different ones that year and they have sold on eBay everywhere from $52 to $250 dollars.
