It appears to be a 1922 silver dollar and I am certain it is. But on the reverse someone has created a jeweler paste side and into this side has placed gold or gold like engravings that have LAS VEGAS and Golden Strip. Additional golden items are a roulette wheel, a slot machine, dollars, dice, a keno tumbler and a gambler. I was told it was a $1 slot token at one time but I have never seen such before. It is well done, I hope some of the experienced hands on this board can help identify this thing. I will post a photo when I find my digital camera (it may be in Mississippi, I left so fast...).
