I was there (Ellis Island) a month ago put a hundred dollar bill in the machine and got 11 strikes! Only problem there were only two designs and durning the day there is a no trade policy. After dark with a little bribe you "may" find a trade. Actually the best way to find a trade is with someone else playing the machine but I suspect there were only two designs in the machine at that time.
