I think this guy really believed what he said, which doesn't mean he's right. Of course, I wouldn't expect a hotel check-in and show ticket guy at the MGM airport desk be an expert on slots. He did give us accurate advice on the best seats for the KA show though (unfortunately, the best seats are cheaper than the ones we bought over the Internet!).
