Norm is correct. The electronic edition of the newsletter is intended for electronic delivery & printing. Electronic reading can be difficult and not what we were aiming for. Our intent was to provide it in a format for printing, so that once printed it could be assembled into the same form as the postal version. So if you do try to read it on screen you will have to jump around and follwo the page numbers at the top.
