This sure looks like that this item. Could have been shipped -- US Post Office flat rate priority box -- For $7.70 -- even the $16.00 or so was to high.
It amazes me why club members. Pay the high shipping rates. Instead of using the US Post Office flat rate priority mailers($3.85) and boxes($7.70). You get the same service, with flat rate. As you do using regular mailing and regular priority mailings.
I posted a while back about flat rate. But, I guess most everybody would rather pay the HIGHER RATE.
