i have a seller i won auction 10-20
paid via paypal never got any contact from seller
at all. he never claimed paypal payment
it has been charged to my credit card even thought payment has NOT been claimed..
i sent 15 e-mails with zero reply
do i pull the payment back and get a non payer ?
do i give him a negitive for non sale ?
what would you do ? today is 11 days zero replys.
