Wes - Have you asked anybody who deals with the news letter if paying first class postage is an option ? I know of a few more people who would opt to pay the extra .37 cents or a bit more when postage goes up after the first of the year.
My wifes computer club sends out a monthly news letter and they offer first class mail to some of their members.
