For those that know Dan, I received the following email from him today:

I/we still have not made it back home. The parish is still closed to any one going back yet. I/we hope to find out some informtion today. As to when I/we will be let back in to the area. I/we are in Houston, Tx. at present. I/we moved here to be closer to home and stay with relitives. Till we can go back home. I/we are all getting along ok. Just getting a little bored.
