Walt, IGT, like Anchor, takes them back at cost. I believe it is in the contract. IGT reps confirmed the return policy at the convention. As to why casinos dump in the old strikes, I can't speak for them. Perhaps they don't read the contract a lot, maybe they don't ask their sales representative, maybe returning is too much trouble, maybe they haven't made the minimum quantity of 1700 and fear being charged die costs, or, GASP, maybe they just don't understand the strike program or want to take the time to learn. Any which way, they lose whem they have saturated their return clientele and our little band of collectors and don't change designs frequently.
