Dennis - You say no loss to the casino, its hard to belive IGT would eat the costs envolved in making the strikes and if this is the case why don't all the casinos return old strikes when the play drops off for the current ones ? Also would wonder if what you say is fact why have some of the casinos started putting old strikes in red caps and calling them mystery strike, why not return them and get new ones made so play would increase.
