Thanks for the feedback on the newsletter. We did use a new printer and mailing house on this issue, and I called them on Friday about the number of people that have not received them yet. They will start the process of a trace with the Post Office and review our mailing list again to see if there were any problems with the way we submitted it.
We do mail them Presort Standard Mail Rate and that can take up to three weeks, but this issue actually went out early and everyone should have recieved them by now. Only exeception to that would be Southwest USA because of the weather issues there.
As soon as I get an update, I will pass it along. In the mean time, I will email this issue out to those that stated they did not recieve it on Wednesday of this week, so if you get it, please let us know. If not I will send an email out on Wednesday with the newsletter attached.
Yet another good reason to sign up to receive it by email.
