Bill, that am easy question for me to answer. Others may not agree but most will. That would be the book that Bill Conhour puts out. He tracks the sales of strikes and enters those sold prices as the true value. Other books have values in them. Some are way high and others are low. A simple test is to ask the author if he/she would buy that strike for the price they put on it as a fair value. None have ever taken me up on that offer. Though sadly over the past few years the values have done a huge decline. For the colletor who was putting strikes away for retirement they lost just like the stock market. But for collecors who collect just because they love to collect it has been a true buyers market.
