The surveyors put a notch in the rear wall and the front on the street berm to indicate where the block wall should be built. The wall-builders chose to put the six-inch blocks to the left of the surveyors' marks. They had a 50% chance of being right. Wow, bad choice, bad karma. Maybe they shouldda asked someone?
