On the May approval list from the Gaming Board
Barbary Coast had Famous Nevada Attractions Valley of Fire. (this was just 1 of the 6 Famous Nevada Attractions).

On the July approval list Barbary Coast just had 1 approved and it was just Valley of Fire, not along with the other 5. It also did not contain Famous Nevada Attractions.

Another start of a new series?

An error that was released and this made it legal? (Similar to the 50th Anniversary from Sahara?)
