Jeff; I think that you are probably correct in your analysis of the relationship between IGT and the State of NJ. However, if I were an IGT spokesman, I wouldn't let that affect my business dealings with A.C. casinos...; which are IGT's customers. IGT has supplied other type slot machines to A.C. properties.
