On Behalf of the CCGTCC I want to thank the new Board of Directors for taking the time to meet with Mike Skelton and myself. We both thought it was a very productive meeting.

Over the last few months there had been some confusion over the relationship between the two Clubs and hopefully that is behind us now. The CCGTCC values the SS Club and its members and what they bring to the Club. Hopefully the Silver Strikers also feel that the CCGTCC is a benefit to them at least through the Convention and the facilities that are available. I think we both prosper because of each other.

For the members that are not on the BOD both Clubs expressed our need to work together. The CCGTCC wants to assist the SS Club anyway we can. This includes free meeting space, help putting together educational forums, free membership table in the showroom, articles in the magazine, and anything else that may be of benefit. The CCGTCC hopes that our two Clubs will always work together so we both can grow and propser.

I do want to congratulate everyone involved with the SS Forum and the relationship you have developed with IGT and Global, that's quite an accomplishment! Of course the donation of the SS machine was fabulous and will look great in the museum. I know Dennis had a large part in this and as always Dennis has been a good friend to all of us. The SS issued with the logo turned out great and maybe whoever put that together can advise the CCGTCC on the Club chip which if you didn’t see it was….well….different from the past!

Again Mike and I enjoyed meeting with the BOD and we look forward to a close bond between our two groups.

Now if you will just tell me where I can get a $200 TI Sirens Strike without giving up a months salary …… .
