Jim, some time ago you gave me permission to use the photos - as long as I gave you the credit. I believe you told me these scans are copyrighted. If so, can't you get damages from persons that use them without your permission? I haven't checked your web site but I assume you have prohibited downloads?
I think Ebay makes so much money that it doesn't care about all the little scams that go on. I would guess that they don't have the staff to follow up on all the complaints. That would cut into their profits. Just my thoughts. Larry
