I've just received the following reply to my "WHY" question that I posed yesterday to the New Jersey Casino Control Commission regarding the "prohibition" of Silver Strikes in New Jersey.
"Dear Mr. Black,
Our Communications Office forwarded me your inquiry regarding Silver Strike tokens. Please be advised that the regulations of the Casino Control Commission continue to authorize the issuance of "prize tokens"
Sincerely,
E. Dennis Kell
such as the Silver Strike tokens that were offered by Atlantic City casinos in the past. Presumably, the fact that they are not currently offered in Atlantic City is purely the result of a business decision made by the
casino licensees. If you have any further questions, please do not
hesitate to contact me."

It seems to me that if I was in the gaming supply business (yes, even in Nevada where my question was asked at the Silver Striker's Forum) and I had a product that was legal, I would want to know "WHY" it was supposedly banned.
Does anyone want to pick up the ball and run with it??
