I have come across two out of the three "full reeded" $28 Silver Strikes from Colorado. All three of the "full reeded varieties" have been described as much rarer than the other varieties and are listed that way in every Colorado priceguide.

My main focus in collecting is Nevada and I would like to raise some cash to purchase a set of Hacienda strikes. If anyone has a serious interest in Colorado Strikes or the $28s in general, please email me and I will sell at a very good price.
