Chuckwagon; I don't disagree with you ... or IGT ... or the answer I was given by the Forum Moderator (who BTW did an excellent job).

My only comment on this message board was that my follow-up question as to "WHY" the State Legislature would not permit silver strikes in New Jersey was not answered. If you know the reason "WHY" ... please let us all know.
