An emphatic "NO" was the answer from a question I posed to an IGT representative at the well attended Silver Striker's Forum during the CC & GTCC Convention last week. He said that New Jersey is the only state in the U.S. that has prohibited them!

Unfortunately, when pressed further to my follow-up question as to "WHY" ... he didn't respond.
