Hi all, in the case of an item not delivered. 1) contact the seller and try to work things out. 2) if you have a problem working things out and you were lucky enough to have used Paypal, call you bank and have the charges taken back! Ebay and Paypal will not help you they will stick by the seller (they are making money from them not you). If you try to get ebay or Paypal to help you they will take forever investigating and you will not be happy with the results, your bank will help you get your money back ASAP. Hope this helps.
