In this Case it is the Sellers obligation to provide Ins,since you paid for it,Unless she is going to cover your loss,by self insureing. I sell at times on E bay,& Most often,I quote with Ins,unless it is a cheap item. If I am sending a trade,Silver Strike,I use Tracking,or Self Insure. The Post Office has advised me that what somtimes happens,they send Mail to the wrong Zone,& this takes time to back track the Item,usually a week or better. Yours could still turn up.
